Chef Phil Reid joined the One Dock team in the spring of 2011, bringing with him fifteen years of culinary experience. A Kennebunk native, Chef Reid’s passion for food began in his teens and lead to him to complete formal culinary training in 2000. Through years of cooking at local dining spots such as the Breakwater Inn, Hurricane, the Coastal House and Big Fish, Chef Reid cultivated his skills working up from Sous Chef, to Lead Line Cook and now to Executive Chef at One Dock.

With his deep knowledge of culinary technique and incredible palate, Chef Reid creates comfort food with a fresh twist. A priority for Chef Reid is the use of the freshest ingredients available, so meats, seafood and produce are provided by local purveyors. Creative nightly specials reflect his style of cooking, implementing a fusion flair into native Maine favorites.

An avid golfer, Chef Reid can be found on the golf course when not working, or enjoying music whether playing his own, or going to a live local show. He hopes you enjoy your experience at One Dock, and looks forward to your feedback to continuously improve his award-winning restaurant.
